Install the plate (6) in order to fit the counterbore of the plate (7) with the boss (8) .
Before you install, get the plate (7) near to the boss side.
Tighten moderately the bolt (9) so that plate (6) should not loosen before tighten the bolts (11) .
Tighten the bolts (11) in order to touch the plate (7) .
Fix the bolts (11) by tighten the locknut (10) .
Tighten the bolt (9) once the bolts (11) tighten to the torque.
