Install Tooling (A) on fuel tank (19), as shown. Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to Tooling (A) .
Use the hoist in order to install fuel tank (19). The weight of empty fuel tank (19) is 215 kg (475 lb).

Install upper mounting bolts (23) .

Install lower mounting bolts (22) .

Connect fuel lines (21) .

Put the harness assembly in the original position. Install the clamps and bolts (18) .

Install mounting plate (17) and three bolts (14) .
Connect electrical connectors (16) and electrical connector (15) .
Connect clevis (13) to the parking brake valve.
Connect tube assembly (12) to the tee fitting. Install bolt (11) .

The cab has been removed for photographic quality.
Connect three hose assemblies (10) to the brake accumulator charge valve.
Connect two hose assemblies (9) to the parking brake valve.

Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to fender assembly (4), as shown.
Use the hoist in order to install fender assembly (4). The weight of fender assembly (4) is 86 kg (190 lb).

Install bolts (8), (7), and (6) .

Install guard (3), ladder assembly (2) and four bolts (1) .End By: Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
