Rework Procedure

Refer to KENR5147, Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install", for D6K Track-Type Tractors, as necessary.
Refer to KENR6508, Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install", for PL61 Pipelayers, as necessary.
1. Install new 447-2767 Air Hose using 8T-4987 Upper Clamp and 230-3671 Lower Clamp.
2. Tighten the 8T-4987 Upper Clamp to a specified torque of 11.0 +/- 1 N.m (97.4 +/- 8.9 lb in) and the 230-3671 Lower Clamp to a specified torque of 7.5 +/- 1.0 N.m (66.4 +/- 8.8 lb in).

Refer to KENR6519, Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install", for machines MLW, GHS, and LJR, as necessary.
Refer to KENR5143, Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install", for machines DJA, DJY, and JAH, as necessary.
Refer to UENR1361, Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install" for D5R Track-Type Tractors as necessary.
1. Install new 446-5420 Air Hose using 8T-4987 Upper Clamp and 230-3671 Lower Clamp.
2. Tighten 8T-4987 Upper Clamp to a specified torque of 11.0 +/- 1 N.m (97.4 +/- 8.9 lb in) and 230-3671 Lower Clamp to a specified torque of 7.5 +/- 1.0 N.m (66.4 +/- 8.8 lb in).
