Lubricate the 9X-7378 O-Ring Seal (4) with the 3E-6654 Refrigerant (6) before installing onto the new 199-3414 Fitting Gp (5). Position the new 199-3414 Fitting Gp (5) and 9X-7378 O-Ring Seal (4) onto the rear of the compressor. Tighten bolt (A) to the correct torque.
Connect the hose fitting to the bottom of the new 199-3414 Fitting Gp (5).
Install the new 149-6371 Pressure Switch (7) into the top of the new 199-3414 Fitting Gp (5) .

Install the new 201-1122 Harness (9) onto the edge of the engine. Secure the harness to the engine by using the 7K-1181 Cable Straps (11). The new 201-1122 Harness (9) connects to the 149-6371 Pressure Switch (7), the high pressure switch, and the air conditioner compressor clutch switch. The other end of the 201-1122 Harness (9) connects to the engine-to-cab harness.

Position the 7X-7962 Weld Boss (14) onto the frame. Refer to Illustration 32 for the weld tolerance and the dimensions for the 7X-7962 Weld Boss (14) .

Remove bolts (B) and the clips that hold 185-2352 Harness (3) to the frame. Disconnect the ends of 185-2352 Harness (3). Remove the 185-2352 Harness (3) from the frame.

Position the new 169-7443 On Delay Timer As (10) to the 7X-7962 Weld Boss (14). Install the 8T-4137 Bolt (12) and the 8T-4121 Hard Washer (13) through the 169-7443 On Delay Timer As (10). Tighten the 8T-4137 Bolt (12) to the correct torque. Position the new 201-1130 Harness (8) to the frame. Install bolts (B) and the clips for the harness to the frame. Tighten bolts (B) to the correct torque.
The new 201-1130 Harness (8) connects to the 169-7443 On Delay Timer As (10), the air conditioner harness, the battery cable harness, and the engine harness.
