Reasonable troubleshooting time will be allowed when detailed diagnostic procedures are included in the claim story to determine if a turbocharger failure is suspected. Inspection of a suspect turbocharger per SENR9939 is included in the allowed service labor time for this letter.
PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling. A Send-It-Back Parts Return Request (PRR) will be generated when filing the claim with this program (PS5####) as the part causing failure.
