Note: The rotation of the blade needs to be perpendicular within 5 degrees. Ensure that the alignment arrows on the circle are aligned.
Adjust both sides of the blade upward in order to allow the blade to have approximately 304.80 mm (1.00 ft) of movement.
Press the menu key (6) .

Press and release the following keys at the same time in order to enter the "Installation" menu:
"ESC/Left Reset/Left Bench" key (13)
Right Side Down Arrow Key (7)
Increment Key (10)

Use the arrow keys (1) in order to select "Auto Valve Calibration" from the "Calibration" menu.
Press the "OK/right reset" key (8). This causes the "Calibration" menu to be shown on the LCD of the display.

Press the arrow keys (1) in order to select "Auto Valve Calibration" from the "Calibration" menu.
Press the "OK/right reset" key (8) in order to enter the "Auto Valve Calibration" menu.

Use the arrow keys (1) in order to select the "<- Auto Valve Calibration" for the lift valve. Press the "OK/right reset" key (8) .
Set the lower limit of the blade.When this screen is displayed, the user must set a valid LOWER calibration limit.

(51) Laser Strike Limit (52) Laser Strike Indicator
Use the machine's control lever in order to lower the blade until the laser strike indicator (52) is within the valid limit range (51). Once a valid limit is achieved "OK" will be shown in the lower right of the "<- Auto Valve Calibration" message screen.
Press the "OK/right reset" key (8) in order to continue.Note: The user must successfully set the lower limit before continuing to the next screen. You can press any switch on the display except the "OK/right reset" key (8) and the arrow keys (1) in order to abort the automatic valve calibration. The "Exit-Error" screen is displayed with the text "Abort" when you abort the calibration. If an error is detected, the "Exit-Error" Screen is displayed. The possible causes of errors are listed below:
No Sensor Information
Limit Measurement too close to sensor rail.
Unstable Laser Transmitter
Set the upper limit.
