Open hood and remove side panels.

Disconnect clamps (1) and remove hose (2) .

Loosen clamps (3) and disconnect hose (4) .

Disconnect tube assembly (5). Disconnect drain tube assembly (6) .

Remove clamp (7). Remove bracket (8) .

Remove clamps (9). Relocate exhaust back pressure valve (10) out of the way.

Remove bolts (11) and turbocharger (12) .Installation Procedure
Note: Clean the mating surfaces of the exhaust manifold and the turbocharger. Clean the mating surfaces of the tube assemblies.Note: Ensure that the turbocharger inlet and the turbocharger outlet are clean and free from restrictions. The turbocharger shaft must rotate freely.
Install new gasket between turbocharger (12) and the exhaust manifold.
Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (11). Install the turbocharger in the reverse order of removal.
