Check The Track Alignment
Drive the machine on a smooth, level surface for a distance of 61 to 91 m (200 to 300 ft). Drive the machine at a speed less than 8 km/h (5 mph). Do not turn the steering wheel. Allow the machine to coast to a stop.
Apply the parking brake. Stop the engine. Put chocks at the front of the belts and put chocks at the rear of the belts.

Measure the clearance between the inside edges of front midwheel (1) and the side of guide block (2) . If the distances on each side of guide block (2) are within 2.0 mm (.08 inch), the belts are aligned correctly. If the belts are not aligned correctly, see "Adjust The Track Alignment" .Adjust The Track Alignment

In order to cause the guide blocks to ride closer to the outside midwheels, loosen locknut (3) . Then, turn the setscrew (4) in the counterclockwise direction by 1/4 turn. Loosen the locknut on the opposite side of the undercarriage. Tighten the setscrew on the opposite side of the undercarriage to a torque of 54 N m (40 lb ft) .Note: Do not adjust the setscrews by more than 1/4 turn.

Check the track alignment. See "Check The Track Alignment". Repeat Step 1 through Step 2 until the track alignment is correct.
Tighten both locknuts to a torque of 136 N m (100 lb ft). Hold the setscrews while you tighten the locknuts in order to prevent overtightening the setscrews.
