Connect the steering frame lock.
Release the system pressure.
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the attachments have been lowered, oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to lift cylinder (1). The weight of lift cylinder (1) is approximately 42 kg (93 lb).
Remove bolt (2), the retainer, and pin (3).
Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device to support lift cylinder (1).
Repeat Step 1 through Step 3 for the remaining lift cylinder.

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to decking blade (4). The weight of decking blade (4) is approximately 680 to 1270 kg (1500 to 2800 lb). The weight of decking blade (4) will vary depending on the machine's blade configuration.

Remove bolt (5) and pin assembly (6). Repeat for the opposite side.
Carefully back the machine away from decking blade (4).Installation Procedure
Install decking blade (4) in the reverse order of removal.
