The event code will be displayed on a diagnostic screen of the Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET).The ECM will generate a SPN 094-FMI 00 event code on the J1939 data link. The event code may be displayed on a receiving device for the J1939 data link.The ECM will generate a 63 flash code that will be displayed on the diagnostic lamp.This event code indicates a restriction in the fuel filter. This does not represent a problem with the ECM.Test Step 1. Replace the plugged fuel filter.Results:
