This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1301" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1301" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Turbocharger damage may fragment the 7W4917 Inlet Air Adapter allowing pieces of the adapter to be ejected.

1. Shut the engine down before installing the protective shroud to the turbo inlet adapter. Failure to do so may result in personal injury.2. Install the warning film on the outer side of the inlet adapter so that it will be visible if the protective shroud is removed. 3. If equipped, disconnect the air restriction line from the inlet adapter. Install the protective shroud on the inlet adapter making sure that the openings provided in the protective shroud are lined up with the connection points on the inlet adapter.4. After tightening the three straps insert the lock pin provided with the protective shroud into the center strap buckle.5. Seal the lock pin using the dealer supplied seal and the 5P6025 Wire.6. Connect the air restriction lines.Owner Notification
