Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hood.
Remove the exhaust elbow.Note: Put identification marks on all hose assemblies and on all harness assemblies for installation purposes. Plug all hose assemblies to prevent fluid loss, and to keep contaminants from entering the system.

Disconnect hose (1) .

The air cleaner has been removed for photographic purposes.
Remove clip (4). Disconnect harness assemblies (2) and (3) .
Disconnect hose assemblies (6) and (8) .
Remove hose (5) .
Remove tube (7) .

Attach suitable lifting services to Locations (X) on clean emissions module (9). The weight of clean emissions module (9) is approximately 181 kg (400 lb).Note: The clean emissions module might shift during the removal. Ensure that the device is secured with suitable lifting devices, as described in Step 6
Remove bolts (10) .
Remove clean emissions module (9) .Installation Procedure
Install clean emissions module (9) in the reverse order of removal.
