1. Remove pin (2) that holds rod (1) to the clutch lever.2. Remove cotter pin (4). Remove lever (3) and rod (1) from the flywheel clutch.3. Remove bolts (6) and brake drum (5) from the flywheel clutch. 4. Remove cotter pin (7) and the washer that hold shoe assembly (8) to the lever. Remove the shoe assembly.Install Flywheel Clutch Brake (Direct Drive And Special Application)
1. If necessary, install a new shoe assembly on the lever of the flywheel clutch brake. 2. Put brake drum (1) in position on the flywheel clutch. Install the bolts that hold it. 3. Put flywheel clutch brake (2) in position on the flywheel clutch. Make sure the pin on the shoe assembly is in the hole in the flywheel clutch housing.4. Install the cotter pin and washer that hold the flywheel clutch brake in position.5. Connect the rod to the control lever for the flywheel clutch brake.6.
