Information:

1. Remove left side panel (1) from the machine.2. Remove the floor plate from the machine. 3. Disconnect hose assembly (2) and hose assembly (3) from the transmission oil pump. On power shift machines, disconnect the hose assembly from the rear of the transmission oil pump to the sequence relief valve. 4. Remove bolts (5) that hold the transmission oil pump to the flywheel housing. Remove transmission oil pump (4).Install Transmission Oil Pump
1. Put transmission oil pump (1) in position in the flywheel housing. Install the bolts that hold it. On power shift machines, connect the hose assembly from the sequence valve to the rear of the transmission oil pump.2. Connect the two hose assemblies to the pump.3. Install the left side panel on the machine.4. Install the floor plate in the machine.Disassemble Transmission Oil Pump
start by:a) remove transmission oil pump1. Make a mark across the manifold assembly, body and cover assembly of the pump for correct installation at assembly. 2. Remove six bolts (2) and washers. Remove cover assembly (1). 3. Remove seal (3) from the cover assembly. 4. Remove O-ring seal (5) from the cover assembly. Check the condition of the seal. If the seal has damage, use a new part for replacement.5. Remove two bearings (4) from the cover assembly. 6. Remove gear (6) and gear (7) from the manifold assembly.7. Remove body (8) from the manifold assembly.8. Remove the two bearings and seal from the manifold assembly (9).Assemble Transmission Oil Pump
1. Make sure all of the parts of the transmission oil pump are clean and free of dirt and foreign material.2. Install the two bearings in the manifold assembly with tooling (A). Install the bearings with the joints of the bearings at an angle of 30° 15° from a vertical line through the center of the gears and with the joints toward the outlet passage in the manifold assembly. Install the bearings to a depth of .062 in. (1.57 mm) below the machined surface of the manifold assembly.3. Install a new O-ring seal in the manifold assembly. Put clean SAE 30 oil on the seal. 4. Put body (3) in position on the manifold assembly. Make sure the mark on the body is in alignment with the mark on the manifold assembly.5. Install two gears (1) and (2) as shown. 6. Install the two bearings in the cover assembly with tooling (A). Install the two bearings with the joints of the bearings at an angle of 30° 15° from a vertical line through the center of the gears and with the joint toward the outlet passage in the cover assembly. Install the bearings to a depth of .062 in. (1.57 mm) below the machined surface of the cover assembly.7. Install a new seal in the cover assembly. Put clean SAE 30 oil on the seal. 8. Install the lip type seal in the cover assembly with tooling (B). Install the seal with the lip of the seal toward the outside of the
