Disconnect tube assembly (1) .
Remove bolts (2) and temperature regulator housing (3) .
Remove tube (4) .

Disconnect tube assembly (6) .
Remove bolts (5) and elbow (7) .

Loosen clamp (8) .
Remove bolts (10), elbow (9), and the hose.

Remove bolts (12) and water pump (11) .

Remove O-ring seal (13) from water pump (11) .

Remove seal (16) .
Remove bolts (14) and inlet cover (15) .

Remove O-ring seal (16) from inlet cover (15) .Installation Procedure
Install water pump (11) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to all O-rings and seals in the installation procedure.
Install clamp (8) and tighten clamp (8) to a torque of 14 1 N m (124 9 lb in).
