Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
Lubricate all of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Attach Tooling (A) to steering hydraulic tank (1). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A), as shown. Attach the lifting device to a hoist.
Install steering hydraulic tank (1). The weight of steering hydraulic tank (1) is 49 kg (108 lb).

Install six bolts (11) and the hard washers.

Install clip (9), the hard washer and bolt (10).

Install the hard washers and two bolts (8).

Install the hard washers and two bolts (7).

Connect tube assembly (6) to steering hydraulic tank (1).

Connect hose assembly (5) to steering hydraulic tank (1).

Install the hard washer and bolt (4) in order to secure tube assembly (3).

Install tube assembly (3) to steering hydraulic tank (1).

Connect hose assembly (2) to steering hydraulic tank (1).
Fill the steering hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Steering System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure. End By:
Remove the retaining ring and pin (body). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Retaining Ring and Pin (Body) - Remove and Install".
