Remove the air inlet and exhaust module.

Remove V-band clamps (1). Use Tooling (A) to compress bellows (2). Remove bolts (3). Remove exhaust manifold (4) and bellows (2).Note: Bellows (2) and V-band clamps (1) are not reuseable. Replace with new components.

Remove gasket (5).
Repeat Step 1 through Step 2 for the remaining exhaust manifolds and bellows.Installation Procedure
Reference: Refer to Special Instructions, REHS9564, Inspection and Installation Procedure for C175 Exhaust Bellows for additional information when installing the exhaust bellows.
Install exhaust manifold (4) in the reverse order of removal.Note: Ensure that the bellows are installed correctly with the flow direction indicated.
Bend the tab of gasket (5) to the adjacent surface at assembly.
Tighten the new V-band clamps (1) to a torque of 17 2 N m (150 18 lb in).
Apply Tooling (B) onto the threads of bolts (3) and the bearing surfaces. Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 65 5 N m (48 4 lb ft).
