Replace the components, if necessary. Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Install Tooling (A) to the hydraulic tank for the steering and brake system. Fasten Tooling (A) to a suitable lifting device. Fasten the other end of the suitable lifting device to a hoist.
Install the hydraulic tank for the steering and brake system. Install six bolts (19) and the washers. The weight of the hydraulic tank is 220 kg (480 lb).

Connect the following items to the hydraulic tank: hose assembly (15), hose assembly (16), hose assembly (17) and hose assembly (18) .

Install two panel assemblies (14). Install 33 bolts (13) and the washers.

Connect hose assembly (12) to the hydraulic tank for the brake cooling.

Connect the temperature sender (11) (not shown) at the electrical connection.
Connect the temperature sensor (10) at the electrical connection.

Connect the following items to the hydraulic tank: hose assembly (2), hose assembly (3), hose assembly (4), hose assembly (5), hose assembly (6), hose assembly (7), hose assembly (8) and hose assembly (9) .

Install plug (1) to the hydraulic tank for the steering and brake system. Tighten plug (1) to a torque of 68 7 N m (50 5 lb ft).
Use the sight gauge on the side of the hydraulic tank in order to monitor the fill level. Fill the hydraulic tank for the steering and brake system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Steering and Brake System Oil Level - Check".
Attach an air supply to the breather port of the hydraulic tank for the brake system. Use 150 35 kPa (22 5 psi) air pressure to test for leaks in the tank.End By: Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Install".
