Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the water separator and fuel priming pump.

Remove plug (1) and the O-ring seal. Remove bolts (2) and manifold (3).

Remove nuts (5) and disconnect harness assemblies (4). Remove electric filter (6)

Remove pump assembly (11) from the housing assembly.
Remove O-ring seal (10), backup ring (9), seal (14), backup ring (13), and seal (12) from pump assembly (11). Remove retaining ring (7) (not shown) in order to remove harness assembly (8) from the housing assembly.

Remove fitting (16) from pump assembly (11). Remove O-ring seal (18) and backup ring (17). Remove O-ring seal (15) from fitting (16).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Remove plug (19), O-ring seal (20), spring (21), check valve (23), and O-ring seal (24). Repeat for plug (22).
Remove stud (25).

Remove nut (26), coil assembly (28), and cartridge assembly (29). Remove check valve (27).

Remove O-ring seal (30), O-ring seal (31), and backup ring (32) from cartridge assembly (29).

Remove O-ring seal (33), backup ring (34), and O-ring seal (35) from check valve (27).
