Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to auger assembly (8). Install auger assembly (8) in the machine. The weight of auger assembly (8) is approximately 119 kg (262 lb). Install bolts (11).

Connect hose assembly (9) to bearing (10). Raise auger assembly (8) and install bolts (7).

Connect tube assembly (5).
Install guards (6) and install bolts (4).

Use two people to install transverse beam (2) on the machine. The weight of transverse beam (2) is approximately 35 kg (77 lb). Install bolts (1) in both sides of transverse beam (2). End By:
Install the chain (auger conveyor). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Auger Conveyor - Remove and Install".
