8V6910 Mechanical Hydraulic Control Group (3rd Valve)
(1) Remove cover (1), plate (2), pad (3), plug (4) and spacer (5) from the mechanical hydraulic control. These parts will not be used again. (2) Install two 3V3355 Bearings (6) in 8V2760 Lever (7). The outside ends of bearings (6) must be even with the sides of lever (7). Install lever (7), 2V7859 Bearing (8) [use bearings (8) as necessary to obtain the maximum dimension of 1.5 mm (0.06") at locations (X) and (Y)] and 8V2640 Spacer (9) on shaft (10) as shown, where former spacer (5) was removed. Install 7M706 Knob (11) on lever (7). (3) Install 8V4518 Boot (12) on 6W4849 Rod (13). Install 6V8183 Nut and 4D4064 Rod End (14) on the short threaded end of rod (13), and a 6V8183 Nut and 1A9252 Clevis (15) on the other end of rod (13) as shown. Connect rod end (14) to lever (7) with 8V2671 Spacer (16), 2A4996 Bolt (17) and a 3K9767 Nut. Connect clevis (15) to the hydraulic control valve with a 3K5601 Pin, a 5C8814 Seal and a 3B4613 Cotter Pin. Tighten the two 6V8183 Nuts on rod (13) to a torque of 14 4 N m (10 3 lb ft). Install 9V8537 Pad (18) and 6V7405 Plate (19) in 9V8463 Cover (20). Install cover (20) with the original hardware.8V9460 Front Lines Group
(1) Remove two plugs and seals from the ports of 3rd valve groups (1). Put 3D2824 Seals (2) on 6V8856 Connector (3) and 6V8857 Connector (4). Install connector (3) in the lower port, and connector (4) in the upper port of valve group (1) as shown. Connect 9V6644 Tube Assembly (5) to connector (3), and 9V6640 Tube Assembly (6) to connector (4). Put one 6S8870 Washer over the end of each tube assembly (5) and (6). Put tube assembly (5) through the lower hole, and tube assembly (6) through the upper hole in existing plate (7), and fasten the tubes to plate (7) with 6S8870 Washers and 6K8420 Locknuts (8). (2) Put two 2P1283 Unions (9) and (10) through the holes in plate (11), and fasten the unions to the plate with two 6K8420 Locknuts. Connect 6W3282 Hose Assemblies (12) and (13) to tube assemblies (5) and (6) and unions (9) and (10) as shown. Remove the former nuts, washers, and clips from the stud [at location (Z)] on the tilt cylinder lines group. Remove the studs at location (Z), if necessary, for clearance. Connect 9V6626 Tube Assembly (14) to union (9), and 9V6632 Tube Assembly (15) to union (10). Fasten tube assemblies (14) and (15) and the tilt cylinder tubes to the weld nuts on the frame with two 4K5824 Bosses (16), four 8B9424 Clamps (17), two 9M1974 Washers and two 2B2694 Bolts. (3) Put 8V9468 Blocks (18) and (19) in position on the frame in the positions shown and tack weld the blocks in place, Make 1.5 mm (0.06") fillet welds along the two sides of blocks (18) and (19).
