1. Remove eight nuts and bolts (2), and remove inner drum scraper (1) from the machine. The following steps are for installation of the inner drum scraper. Inner Drum Scraper (Rear) Inner Drum Scraper (Front)2. Put inner drum scraper in position on the machine. Loosely install eight bolts (2) that fasten springs (7) to the bumper.3. Loosen seven nuts and bolts (8), and move plates (3) and (4) and scraper (6) away from drum (5).4. Adjust four springs (7) to obtain a clearance of 12 mm (0.5 in), dimension (X), between the springs and drum (5). Tighten eight nuts and bolts (2).5. Adjust plates (3) and (4) and scraper (6) until the scraper just makes contact with the drum. Tighten seven nuts and bolts (8) to a torque of 55 N m (41 lb ft).
