Note: Properly brace broom under angling joint to prevent pitch movement.
Install two adapters (9) into cylinder (7) .
Install cylinder (7) and secure in place with two cotter pins (8) .
Install valve group (6) to the bracket. Use two bolts (14), two spacers (3) and two nuts (13) .
Install elbow (10) to port "T" on valve (6) .
Install elbow (11) to port "P" on valve (6) .
Install adapters (9) into valve (6) at ports "A" and "B".
Install existing hose (H1) from the lower elbow on the frame group to elbow (11) on valve (6) in port "P".
Install hose (4) to elbow (10) on valve (6) in port "T". Route hose (4) as shown in Illustration 3.
Route hose (H2) from the top elbow on the frame group as shown in Illustration 1.
Install a hose (5) to adapter (9) on the head side of cylinder (7). Connect hose to port "B" on valve (6) .
Install a hose (5) to adapter (9) on the rod side of cylinder (7). Connect hose to port "A" on valve (6) .
Install ladder clip (12) .
Install harness assembly (2). Connect "Blue Wire M906" of harness assembly to the solenoid furthest from the valve. Connect "Gray M907" of harness assembly to the solenoid closest to the valve.
Secure harness assembly (2) with cable straps (1). Refer to Illustration 1 and the following table for strap locations.Note: Create loops with excess harness length and constrain to ladder clip (12) with cable strap (1).
