Illustration 1. Location of new 7T2200 Gearshift Interlock Lever in the 8P5367 and 8P5368 Gearshift Control Groups.A new rod end and an improved rod are used in the flywheel clutch control group. See Illustration 2. The new rod end provides the correct alignment between the new shorter interlock lever and bellcrank in the flywheel clutch group. The improved rod has increased threaded length to ensure correct thread engagement in the new rod end and to allow correct adjustment of the linkage.

Location of new 2K400 Rod End and improved 1H2261 Rod Assembly in the 8P5365 Flywheel Clutch Control Group.Adaptable To: The new 7T2200 Gearshift Interlock Lever is a direct replacement for the former 8B5833 Gearshift Interlock Lever in the 8P5367 and 8P5368 Gearshift Control Groups used on D5B Tractors with direct drive transmissions. The new 2K400 Rod End replaces the former 1A9252 Rod End in 8P5365 Flywheel Clutch Control Group. The new 7T2200 Gearshift Interlock Lever and 2K400 Rod End are adaptable to all earlier D5B Tractors. If the new lever and rod end are used, the threaded length of the 1H2261 Rod Assembly must be increased as shown in Illustration 3.
