Installation Procedure

Install the washers in the original location on the mounting pads.
Position cab (22) on the tractor with a hoist.

Install horn button (21) .
Install handle (20) on the hydraulic control rod.

Install the plates and bolts (19) in order to hold the cab in place. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 475 53 N m (350 39 lb ft).
Connect wiring harness (18) .

Connect wiring harness (16). Connect wire harness (15) to the circuit breaker box.
Install hoses (17) to the washer fluid bottle.

Connect rod end (13) .

Connect wire harness (12) to the finger tip control.

Install the air conditioner hose on the drain. Tighten hose clamp (10) .
Pull the two heater hoses through the cab. Install the heater hoses on the heater core. Tighten two hose clamps (9) .
Pull two hoses (8) through the cab. Connect the hoses to the refrigerant evaporator core.

Install covers (5), (6) and (7) on the machine.

Install covers (1), (2), (3) and (4) on the machine.
Install the floorplate on the machine.
Refer to the Service Manual, 7454 for the correct procedures for evacuating and charging the air conditioning system.
Charge the air conditioner system. The correct charge is 2.5 kg (5.5 lb). Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
Fill the implement hydraulic system. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure., End By:
Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR8483, "Hood - Install".
Install the rollover protective structure (ROPS). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Rollover Protective Structure - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
