Note: SERVICE DATA: TOOLING (ZZ) WILL NOT BE IDENTIFIED IN PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE REMOVAL OR THE INSTALLATION. THIS TOOLING IS SHOWN IN ORDER TO ASSIST THE EXPERIENCED SERVICEMAN.Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses and tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.
Drain the hydraulic tank into a suitable container. The hydraulic tank has a capacity of approximately 70 L (18.5 US gal).

Disconnect hose assemblies (3). Disconnect harness assembly (1). Remove bolts (2) .

Disconnect harness assembly (4) .

Remove clips (5). Disconnect hose assemblies (6) .

Disconnect harness assembly (7). Disconnect hose assembly (8) .
Remove bolt (12). Disconnect hose assembly (11) .
Remove bolts (10) and reposition valve (9) .

Remove bolts (13) and bracket (14) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (15) and fitting (16). Reposition hose assemblies (15) and fitting (16) .

Disconnect tube assembly (17), hose assemblies (18), and hose assemblies (19) .

Remove bolt (20). Disconnect throttle cable (21) from bracket (22) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (23). Use Tooling (A) to remove fuel filter (24) .

Disconnect battery cables (25). Loosen bolt (26). Remove bolts (28). Reposition battery tray (27) .

Disconnect throttle cable (21) from bracket (30). Remove bolt (31) .

Reposition harness assembly (32). Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device onto hydraulic tank (33) .
Remove bolts (34). Remove hydraulic tank (33) .
