When reporting the repair, use "PS43380" as the Part Numberand "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code.If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The existing 322-8151 and 322-8152 Support Assemblies can contain surface cracks on certain 795F AC Off-Highway Trucks. If the existing support assemblies are not inspected and reworked in can lead to further cracking in the assembly.

ACTION REQUIRED
Inspect all four sides of the four weld joints for both the 322-8151 and 322-8152 Support Assembly Casting. The joints that need inspected are depicted by Image 2, 3, and 4. The left hand tire side will be difficult to see, as the steering accumulators will block the view. Inspect this area a well as reasonably possible. Image 1 is an example of what to look for.
If a crack larger than 18mm is present repair the crack in accordance with Special Instruction REHS4441 "Procedure for the Inspection, Repair, and Component Replacement on the Frame of the 795F AC Off-Highway Truck".
