(A) 138-7575 Link Bracket 1 Note: O-rings, gaskets, and seals should always be replaced. A used O-ring may not have the same sealing properties as a new O-ring. Use 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound during the assembly procedure.

Apply 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease to the splines of shaft (6). Install shaft (6) .

Attach Tooling (A) to travel motor (4), as shown. Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A). The weight of the travel motor is approximately 170 kg (375 lb).
Due to the length of bolts (5), use the following procedure to install travel motor (4) .
Position travel motor (4) so that the travel motor is barely on shaft (6) .
Install the washers and five bolts (5) .
Tighten bolts (5) evenly until the travel motor is positioned fully on the speed reducer. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 280 N m (205 lb ft).

Connect hose (3) to the brake.
