Install four mounting bolts (25) that secure the main control valve to the mounting assembly.

Connect hose assemblies (23). Connect tube assemblies (22) .

Install panel (21) and panel (20) over the right end of the main control valve.

Install check valve (17) on the main control valve with bolts (19). Connect hose assemblies (18) .

Position bracket (13) on the rear side of the main control valve. Install bolts (16). Install bolt (15) that secures two hose clamps. Connect harness assemblies (14) and secure the harness assemblies with cable straps.

Install panel (11) and brace (9) on the machine together. Tighten two hose clamps (10). Install panel (12) above the hydraulic tank.

Slide tube assemblies (6) into position on the main control valve. Connect tube assemblies (6) to the main control valve.

Secure tube assemblies (6) with clip (8) and the bolts.

Secure tube assemblies (6) to the right hand frame with clip (7) and the bolts.

Install all the hose assemblies and all the tube assemblies to the front side of the main control valve.

Install all the hose assemblies and all the tube assemblies on the top of the main control valve.

Connect two hose assemblies (3) to the auxiliary valve.
Install three hose assemblies (5) .
Install hose bracket (2) .
Connect hose assembly (4) to the top of the swing motor.
Make sure that you install any remaining hose assemblies and any remaining tube assemblies to the locations that were marked during the removal procedure.

Install panel (1) above the main control valve.
Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct level. The capacity of the hydraulic tank is approximately 105 L (28 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7439, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7439, "Capacities (Refill)".
