13. Put valve group body (26) on the bottom plate of the hydraulic tank. Install two bolts (27) and lockwashers. Tighten bolts to a torque of 24 2 lb. ft. (32.5 2.7 N m). 14. Assemble the single sensing relief valve for the head end circuit of the tilt cylinders. Install valve (33), washer (35), inner spring (30), and outer spring (32) in body (34). Install body (34) in manifold housing (36) and tighten to a torque of 50 3 lb. ft. (67.8 4.1 N m).15. Install shims (29) and plug (28) in the body of the single sensing relief valve. Tighten the plug to a torque of 100 5 lb. ft. (135.6 6.8 N m). The shims have a thickness of .005 in. (0.13 mm). 36. Install tilt circuit make-up valve (38) and spring (37) in housing (39). 17. Install plug (40) with O-ring seal (41) in housing (39) that holds the tilt circuit relief valve for the rod end of the tilt cylinders.18. Assemble relief valve (42) for the rod end circuit of the tilt cylinders in the same sequence as the single sensing relief valve for the head end circuit of the tilt cylinders. Tighten the body to a torque of 50 3 lb. ft. (67.8 4.1 N m) and tighten the plug to a torque of 100 5 lb. ft. (135.6 6.8 N m). The relief valve for the head end of the tilt cylinders has a lower pressure than the relief valve for the rod end. Both the relief valves are the same except shim (31) is used in the relief valve for the rod end. 19. Install the housing with three bolts (43) and lockwashers. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 60 2 lb. ft. (81.3 2.7 N m). 20. Install spring (44) and lift circuit make-up valve (45) in housing (46). 21. Install plug (47) and O-ring seal (48) in the housing. 22. Install housing (46) with four bolts (49) and lockwashers. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 60 2 lb. ft. (81.3 2.7 N m). 23. The main pressure relief valve (50) has no replacement parts. The relief valve pressure can be changed by the turn of setscrew (51). See
