Install the two bolts (48) and the tee connection (49) .

If the two brackets (50) were removed, install the two brackets (50) in the original location.

Put the ring and the O-ring seal into position on the end of the tube (53) .
Put the tube into position. See Illustration 35.
Install the two clamp assemblies (52) .
Install the four bolts (51), washers, and spacers.

Install the two bolts (56) and washers.
Put the clamp (54) into position. Install the bolts (55), nuts, and washers.

Put the flange (59), orifice (58), and plate (61) into the correct position.
Put the two retainers (60) into position. Install the four bolts (57) and washers.

Put a new gasket (65) into position between the adapter (62) and the aftercooler cover assembly (64) .
Put the adapter (62) into position on the end of the aftercooler cover assembly (64). Install the eight bolts (63) and washers.

Put a new gasket (67) into position between the aftercooler housing (66) and the adapter (62) .
Put the aftercooler housing (66) into position. Install the eight bolts (68) and washers.

Put the air pipes (69) with the energized seals into position in the aftercooler housing (66) .

Put the tubes into position. See Illustration 41.

Install the bolts (71), nuts, and washers that connect the tubes (70) to the turbochargers.

Put the bracket (73) into position. Install the two bolts (72) and washers.

Install the four bolts (74) and washers.

Put new gaskets into position on the ends of the tube assembly (77) .
Put the tube assembly (77) into position. Install the four retainers (76), bolts (75) and washers.
Fill the system with coolant to the normal operating level.
