Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
Servicing and changing tires and rims can be dangerous and should be done only by trained personnel using proper tools and procedures.

Raise tire scrapers (1) .

Use a suitable lifting device to raise the machine. Support the machine with Tooling (A) .

Remove nuts (3). Remove outer tire and rim (2).
Remove nuts (4). Use a suitable lifting device to remove the inner tire, the rim and spool (5). The combined weight of the inner tire, rim and spool is approximately 37 kg (82 lb).Installation Procedure

Use a suitable lifting device in order to position the inner tire, the rim and spool (5). Install nuts (4). The combined weight of the inner tire, rim and spool (5) is approximately 37 kg (82 lb).
Position outer tire and rim (2). Install nuts (3) .

Use a suitable lifting device to raise the machine. Remove Tooling (A) .
