Push the wiring harness through the grill assembly. Connect the electrical connection and install electrical connection (29) to the clip. Connect three electrical connections (27) to three lights (28) .

Install hose assemblies (25) and tube assembly (26) to the machine. Slide hose assemblies (25) toward tube assembly (26) . Tighten four hose clamps (24) that secure hose assemblies (25) to tube assembly (26) .

Attach Tooling (A) , two nylon lifting straps and a hoist to the top assembly. Install the top assembly to the grill assembly. The top assembly weighs 23 kg (50 lb). Remove the tooling from the top assembly.

Install the washers and three bolts (22) that secure top assembly (23) to grill assembly (3) . Repeat the procedure for the other side.

Install radiator cap (21) to the radiator.

Position bracket (16) to the machine. Install the nuts, the washers and two bolts (19) that secure bracket (16) to bracket (20) .

Install the washer and bolt (18) that secures bracket (16) to the cab. Install the washers and two bolts (17) that secure bracket (16) to the top assembly. Install the clip, the washer and bolt (14) that secures hose assembly (15) to bracket (16) .

Position cable (11) to bracket (13) . Install two nuts (12) that secure cable (11) to bracket (13) .

Install handle (10) to cable (11) . Install the handle to the original position on the cable.

Push the electrical connection through the grill assembly. Connect the electrical connection and install electrical connection (9) to clip (8) . Position clip (8) to the grill assembly. Install the washer and bolt (7) that secures clip (8) to the grill assembly.

Position ether start valve assembly (5) to the grill assembly. Install the washers and two bolts (6) that secure ether start valve assembly (5) to the grill assembly. Connect tube assembly (4) to ether start valve assembly (5) .

Close the access panel. Install the washers and two bolts (1) that secure access panel (2) to grill assembly (3) .
Refill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7143 for information on refilling the cooling system.End By:
