D11R (7PZ) TRACK-TYPE TRACTORSProblem:
There is a possibility of overheating on D11R (7PZ) machines. Solution:
Perform the following to correct the overheating.1. Ensure that the radiator is clean. Ensure that other portions of the machine are clean that would affect cooling capability such as engine enclosures. 2. Check the level and the condition of the coolant.3. Check the temperature of the core assemblies to determine if coolant is flowing through the individual core assemblies. If temperatures indicate that coolant is not passing through the individual cores, remove the manifold from the bottom of the radiator bottom tank. Visually inspect the core assembly outlet to determine if the non-metallic, mini-tank divider has moved from its original position and is blocking the flow.
