Installation Procedure

Install coupling (20) and bolt (19) to piston pump (18) . Tighten bolt (19) to a torque of 122 20 N m (90 15 lb ft).Note: Measure the distance between Location (X) and Location (Y) . This reading must be 68.5 1.0 mm (2.7 0.03 inch).

Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump (18) . The weight of the piston pump is approximately 70 kg (155 lb).
Install piston pump (18) .
Install bolts (17) .

Connect hose assemblies (16) .
Connect tube assembly (15) .
Connect harness assembly (14) .
Connect connector (13) .

Connect hose assemblies (12) .

Install bottom guard (10) .

Install guard assemblies (5) and (7) .
Place fuel filter assembly (8) into position.
Install bolts (6) .
Connect harness assembly (9) .

Place governor control (2) into position.
Install bolts (3) .
Connect harness assemblies (1) , (4) , and (4A) .End By: Install the gear pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Pump (Implement, Steering, Brake) - Install".
