Install hub plate (13). The alignment hole (20) must be aligned with Alignment Mark (Y).

Use two people and install spacer (12). The weight of the spacer is approximately 29 kg (65 lb). The alignment hole (21) must be aligned with Alignment Mark (Y). Note: Install Tooling (D) in order to ensure correct alignment. Tooling (D) must be aligned with Alignment Mark (Y). The Alignment Mark (X) on the spacer must face upward.
Remove Tooling (D).

Install new springs (11). The right side end of the spring must face the center of Tooling (A). The right side end of the spring must face upward. Note: The orientation of the spring should provide maximum contact with the hub plate.Note: Do not reuse the old springs.

Install spring cage (10). The tabs (23) on the spring cage must face upward. Note: Install Tooling (D) in alignment hole (22) in order to ensure correct alignment. Tooling (D) must be aligned with Alignment Mark (Y).
Remove Tooling (D).

Install hub barrel (9). The timing mark (24) on the hub barrel must be aligned with the Timing Mark (Z) on Tooling (A).

The Alignment Mark (X) on the spacer must face upward. Note: Install Tooling (D) and Tooling (E) in order to ensure correct alignment. Tooling (D) and Tooling (E) must be aligned with Alignment Mark (Y).
Remove Tooling (D) and Tooling (E).

Install spring cage (7). The tabs (27) on the spring cage must face downward. The alignment hole (26) must be aligned with Alignment Mark (Y). Note: Install Tooling (D) in order to ensure correct alignment. Tooling (D) must be aligned with Alignment Mark (Y).
Remove Tooling (D).
