Turn an additional angle of 120 10 degrees.
2 10 8T-2393 Bolt Torque to 125 20 N m (92 15 lb ft).
Turn an additional angle of 120 10 degrees.
3 1 9G-5319 Duo-Cone Seal Gp Rubber toric seals and all surfaces that contact the toric seals must be clean and dry when the parts are assembled. Apply a thin coat of oil on the contact surfaces of the metal seals prior to installing the metal seals. The metal seals must be assembled square with the bore. The rubber toric seals must not bulge and the rubber toric seals must not be twisted.
4 1 185-3653 Thrust Washer Thickness is 5.0 mm (0.20 inch).
Install with chamfer next to sun gear.
B 3 162-0191 Planetary Gear Diameter is 112.44 0.010 mm (4.4268 0.0004 inch).
C 3 2V-4148 Planetary Shaft Diameter is 77.577 0.010 mm (3.0542 0.0004 inch). Assembly Procedure

Install ring (7) and bearings (6) and (8) into planetary gear (5).

Position thrust washers (4) and planetary gear (5) into planetary carrier (2).

Use a suitable hammer in order to install planetary shaft (3) into planetary carrier (2).
Repeat Step 1 through Step 3 for the remaining planetary gears.

Remove final drive (1) from the suitable cribbing. The weight of final drive (1) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb). End By:
Install the final drive and wheel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Final Drive and Wheel - Install".
