TM-6 This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4976" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Although this Program is to be administered as described above on the Affected Product, parts should be reworked in Parts Stock as soon as possible.

New seal collar installation procedure
1. Clean shaft with acetone based cleaner.2. Apply 4C4032 Locking Compound to shaft at a distance of 15 mm from shoulder around bearing diameter.3. Slide collar on and rotate 180 degrees in both directions to evenly apply 4C4032 Locking Compound.4. Let 4C4032 Locking Compound cure 60 minutes.5. Install new oring between collar and retaining ring. (select proper retaining ring and seals from the parts list based upon which pump group is being reworked. For Group 1 pumps two shaft diameters exist. Select retaining ring for best fit on shaft.)6. Install new Retaining Ring.7. Tighten set screw to 0.8 0.1 N m while maintaining 490 45 N load on the retaining ring.Parts Stock
