Move the Barrier Control Panel (BCP) isolation switch to the OFF position. Attach a "Do Not Operate" warning tag or a similar warning tag to the personal lockout on the BCP isolation switch.
Move Autonomous Control Enable Switch (1) to M position (2) .Expected Result:Neither amber Machine Automation System (MAS) warning light and red autonomous control warning light is operating and all components are powered down, for example, indicator lights on the Automation Electronic Control Module (ECM). Laser Detection And Ranging (LADAR) Interface Control Module (ICM) and onboard radio are off. The machine will start and operate in manual mode.Results:
YES - Machine mode is OK.STOP
NO - Machine mode is "INVALID". Proceed to Test Step 2.Test Step 2. Check Voltage at Autonomous Control Enable Switch.

Check voltage between pin 1 (7) of 12-pin plug connector (4) and frame ground at Autonomous Control Enable Switch (1) .Note: Only five pins are used in 12-pin plug connector (4) .Expected Result:Measure 24 VDC 1 VDC at pin 1 (7) .Results:
YES - Measured 24 VDC 1 VDC at pin 1 of 12-pin plug connector. Proceed to Test Step 4.
NO - Measured voltage less than 24 VDC 1 VDC at pin 1 of 12-pin plug connector.Repair: Check continuity between pin 1 (7) of 12-pin plug connector (4) at Autonomous Control Enable Switch (1) to pin 57 of 102-pin plug connector at Automation ICM (5). If there is not continuity, repair the cable. If there is continuity between pin 1 of 12-pin plug connector to pin 57 of 102-pin plug connector, proceed to Test Step 3.Test Step 3. Check Voltage At The Automation ICM.
Reconnect the 102-pin plug connector at Automation ICM (5) .
Check the voltage at pin 57 of 102-pin connector (6) at Automation ICM (5) .Expected Result:Measured 24 VDC 1 VDC at pin 57.Results:
YES - Measured 24 VDC 1 VDC at pin 57. Proceed to Test Step 4.
NO - Measured a voltage less than 24 VDC 1 VDC at pin 57.Repair: Check power supply to Automation ICM (5) .STOPTest Step 4. Check Operation of Autonomous Control Enable Switch Contacts Using the Schematic.
