Heater Lines (977L)
(1) Cut two lengths of 5P767 Hose (1) to 252" (6400). Install one 3B7255 Bushing (2) and two 8F8151 Valves (3). Connect hoses (1) to valves (3) with 5D1026 Clamps. Put the hoses in position along the frame as shown. Connect hoses (1) to tubes (4). Install two 1M7975 Spacers (5) with 5D718 Clip (6), L1329 Bolt and 5P8245 Washer. Install four 4S1962 Clips (7) with S509 Bolts and 5M2894 Washers. Install one 5D718 Clip (8) and 7K1181 Plastic Strap (9) as shown. Install 9G7238 Bracket, 5D718 Clip with S1595 Bolt, 5P1076 Washer, L1351 Bolt and 5M2894 Washer at location (D).Air Conditioner Lines (955L)
(1) Install 6V878 Fitting (1) with a 6M5062 Seal and 6V877 Fitting (2) with a 5L4758 Seal on the compressor with the former plate and a new S1748 Bolt (3) and 5M2894 Washer. Put fittings (1) and (2) on the compressor in the position shown in illustration (a) if the machine is equipped with a 2P6247 Muffler Group and position (b) if not so equipped. Connect 4V3414 Hose Assembly (4) and 4V3412 Hose Assembly (5) to fittings (1) and (2) and put the hoses in position along the frame as shown. Install 5P3948 Coupling (6) with 1S8947 Seal on hose (5) and install 5P3929 Coupling (7) on hose (4) with 5P3944 Seal. Connect 4V3415 Hose Assembly (8) to fitting (9) and 4V3413 Hose Assembly (10) to the condenser coil. Install 7K3176 Coupling (11) to hose (10) with a 1S8947 Seal and install 5P3928 Coupling (12) to hose (8) with a 5P3944 Seal. Cut a length of 5P896 Trim (13) to 5.10" (150) and install as shown. Install two 308968 Studs (14) and weld all around with a square groove weld. Install 2M6102 Pipe (15) and 1V9211 Clamp with 1D4717 Nut and 5M2894 Washer. Install 4J2584 Clamp (16) on lower stud (14) with 4D4717 Nut and 5M2894 Washer. Install 5P6994 Clip (17) and two 7K1181 Plastic Straps (18). Install two 6D1641 Clips (19) and one 2M6102 Pipe, 1V9211 Clamp with 1C2251 Bolt and 5P1075 Washer at location (H).Heater Lines (955L)
(1) Install 8F8151 Cock (1). Install 8F8151 Cock (2) with a 6B1628 Bushing and a 7J482 Elbow. Cut one length of 5P767 Hose (3) to 140" (3550) and one length of hose (4) to 169" (4280). Connect hoses (3) and (4) to cocks (2) and (1), respectively, with 5D1026 Clamps. Put the hoses in position along the frame. Install 5V8611 Coupling (5) and 2V9121 Fitting (6) to hose (3) with a 5D1026 Clamp. Install 5V8610 Coupling (7) and 2V9121 Fitting (8) to hose (4) with a 5D1026 Clamp. Install 5V8610 Coupling (9) and 2V9121 Fitting (10) to 4V3410 Hose Assembly (11) with a 5D1026 Clamp. Install 5V8611 Coupling (12) and 2V9121 Fitting (13) to 4V3409 Hose Assembly (14). Connect hoses (11) and (14) to 307972 Elbows (15). Cut a length of 5P896 Trim (16) to 8.6" (220) and install around hoses (3) and (4) as shown. Install 4S1962 Clip (17) with S1588 Bolt. Install two
