Inlet Manifold (1) 295-9301 Gasket (2) 195-8483 Bolt (3) 5I-4969 Bolt Make sure that the four faces of the inlet manifold and the mating surfaces on the cylinder head are clean before installing new gaskets. Use a straight edge and feeler gauges in order to make sure that the four faces of the inlet manifold are flat within 0.15 mm (0.006 inch).Install four new gaskets (1) on the inlet manifold. Tighten bolts (2) and bolts (3) to a torque of 21.1 3.4 N m (15.6 2.5 lb ft). Tighten the bolts progressively and work from the inside bolts to the outside bolts. Refer to Illustration 1.
