Removal Procedure
Start By:
Install the steering frame lock.
Remove the Cab.
Drain the hydraulic system oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Change" for the proper draining and filling procedures.

Picture from above the secondary steering pump with the cab removed.
Remove four bolts (3) in order to disconnect valve (2) from secondary steering pump (1).

Disconnect hose assembly (4) from secondary steering pump (1).

Attach a suitable lifting device to secondary steering pump (1). The weight of secondary steering pump (1) is approximately 38 kg (84 lb).
Remove nuts (5) and remove secondary steering pump (1). Installation Procedure
Install secondary steering pump (1) in the reverse order of the removal.
