Put a two ton floor jack in position under the main frame. This will support the equalizer bar when the equalizer bar is installed.
Fasten a hoist and a suitable lifting device to equalizer bar (8). Put the equalizer bar in position in the main frame.

Put blocks (4) in position under each end of the equalizer bar. This will align the pin hole in the equalizer bar with the pin hole in the main frame.

Put 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease on the surface of the pin assembly and install the pin assembly.
Install retainer plate (6) and bolts (5) in order to hold the center pin in place.

Align the equalizer bar with the track roller frame. Put 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease on the surface of pin assembly (1). Install the pin assembly.
Install washer (2) and bolt (3) in order to hold the pin assembly in place.

Use Tooling (A) and lift the front of the machine. Lift the machine from the side of the machine that still has the track roller frame.
Remove Tooling (B). Lower the machine to the ground by using Tooling (A) .
Install the middle and rear bottom guards.End By: Install the track roller frame that was removed. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Roller Frame - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
