Install O-ring seals (16), (17), (18), (19), and (21). Install back up rings (15) and (20) .

Install relief valve (12) into the valve body. Tighten relief valve (12) to a torque of 95 14 N m (70 10 lb ft).
Install plug (13) and the O-ring seal into the valve body.

Install spool valve (11) and spring (10) into the valve body.

Install back up ring (9) and O-ring seal (8) onto the cover.
