Remove the cover in Illustration 19 from the console. The console is located to the right of the operator.

Install the switch (33) into the console with switch assembly (22) .
Connect harness (34) to switch (33) .

Splice the yellow wire (A) of harness (34) to the yellow wire (B) of the host machine. Use connector (35) in order to splice the wires together.

(C) Access hole (18) 119-6105 Grommet (34) 207-7018 Harness
Route the harness assembly (34) along the floor above the throttle.
Remove the access plate from the outside of the cab in order to route harness assembly (34) through access hole (C) .
Install grommet (18) in hole (C) in order to protect harness assembly (34) from damage. Seal the bolt holes with RTV silicone sealant.
Route harness assembly (34) through the access hole (C) .

Route harness assembly (34) with the main harness (D) of the machine. Use cable straps in order to connect the harness assemblies.

Connect harness assembly (34) to harness assembly (31) .

Connect arc suppressors (17) to harness assembly (31) .Use strap (9) in order to secure the arc suppressors to the harness.

Turn on the battery disconnect switch.
Start the engine.

Rock the switch (1) rearward in order to lock the coupler. Visually check the coupler. Fully extended the pins for the coupler.
Pull the switch (2) rearward. Hold the switch (2) in the rearward position. While you hold the switch (2), rock the switch (1) forward.
Visually check the coupler. The pins must be retracted.
Stop the engine. Check all of the hydraulic fittings for leaks. Repair any leaks.
Remove the chocks.
Remove the Special Instruction, SEHS7332, "Do Not Operate" warning tag from the machine.
Replace any guards that may have been removed during the installation of the hydraulic kit.
