Installing the 323-0331 Keypad Kit (FUEL RATIO)

Remove the electrical power from the control panel.
Remove eight small screws (1). The screws can be discarded.
Remove frame (2). Keep the frame in order to be reinstalled.
Carefully peel the film and keypad (3) from cover (5). A ribbon cable is an integral part of the back of the keypad. Do not damage the connector for the ribbon cable that connects to the circuit board inside the cover. Cut the ribbon cable between the keypad and the circuit board. Discard the old film.
Loosen larger screws (4). Rotate the clips and remove cover (5) from the box. Disconnect the old ribbon cable from the circuit board on the inside of the cover.
Align the new film and keypad (3) with the small holes on cover (5). Ensure that the integral ribbon cable extends through the slot in the cover.
Align the holes in frame (2) with the holes in film (3) and in cover (5). Secure the frame and the film to the cover with the new screws (1) from the kit.
Connect the ribbon cable to the circuit board that is inside of cover (5) .
Install cover (5) onto the box. Make sure that the seal for the cover is sealing the joint between the cover and the box. Align the clips and tighten larger screws (4) in order to secure the cover to the box.
Restore electrical power to the control panel. Resume normal operation.Note: For detailed information on the control panel, refer to the appropriate publication.
