Raise blade assembly (1). Use suitable blocking in order to support blade assembly (1) and circle assembly (2) on both sides.

Loosen locknuts (3). Loosen setscrews (4). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Remove cotter pin (5). Remove pin (6).

Use Tooling (A), Tooling (B), Tooling (C), and a suitable lifting device in order to pull blade assembly (1) from circle assembly (2).

Attach Tooling (C) and an additional suitable lifting device onto blade assembly (1). Remove blade assembly (1). The weight of blade assembly (1) is approximately 1492 kg (3289 lb). Installation Procedure

Use Tooling (A), Tooling (B), Tooling (C), and two suitable lifting devices in order to position blade assembly (1) onto circle assembly (2). The weight of blade assembly (1) is approximately 1492 kg (3289 lb).
Use Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) in order to pull blade assembly (1) into position.

Install pin (6). Install cotter pin (5).

Tighten setscrews (4) and locknuts (3) in order to obtain a clearance of 0.13 to 0.89 mm (0.005 to 0.035 inch) between the rails and the wear strips. In order to achieve the minimum clearance, sideshift the blade assembly through the full range.

Remove the suitable blocking from blade assembly (1) and circle assembly (2). Lower blade assembly (1).
