This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3173" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3173" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The 1358863 Main Hydraulic Pumps may fail due to a material and hardness problem of the piston slipper on certain 375, 375L and 5080 Excavators. These hydraulic pumps need to be replaced with new ones.

Parts Disposition
All hydraulic pumps removed from machines will have to be returned to our supplier in Germany. When the hydraulic pumps are ready, advise Gosselies Product Support and a PRR (Part Return Request) will be opened.
MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

1. Refer to the Service Manual, SENR6027 (375) and SENR6163 (5080). Remove and install main hydraulic pumps (implement and travel) and pump drive coupling 5054, 5070 and 5062-010. Use the portion talking about "How To Remove And Install Main Pumps".2. Replace the 1358863 Main Pump with a new one.3. Replace the 6V7681 Seal - O-Ring with a new one.4. Refer to "Service Manual" SENR6033 (375) and SENR6167 (5080) Pump Flow Test. Adjustment of main pump flow - main pump constant horsepower control test.5. All hydraulic pumps removed from machines will have to be returned to our supplier in Germany. When the hydraulic pumps are ready, advise Gosselies Product Support and a PRR (Part Return Request) will be opened.
