Park the machine on level ground with the implements lowered.

Turn off the engine and battery isolator switch.Note: Ensure that the engine and coolant have cooled down sufficiently before completing this Rework Procedure.
Unbolt and remove the engine top cover.

Loosen and rotate the compressor harness angle bracket away from the coolant filled cab heater hose, toward the firewall.

Loosen and remove the hose clamp and the hose.
Loosen, remove, and clean up the hose straight fitting and the plug below.

Swap the position of these two fittings. Apply Loctite 536 and retighten the fittings to a specified torque of 22.5 N m (16.6 lb ft).
Reassemble and tighten the cab heater hose to a specified torque of 2 0.2 N m (17.7 1.8 lb in) to the bottom straight fitting. Ensure that this hose is not interfering with the refrigerant lines.
Retighten the compressor harness angle bracket to a specified torque of 32 N m (24 lb ft).
Check the coolant level. Refill the coolant, if required.
Start the machine and check for any leaks.
Reassemble the engine top cover and tighten to a specified torque of 100 N m (74 lb ft).
