Remove the track carrier rollers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Carrier Roller - Remove".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Check the condition of all seals and of all components. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Remove bolts (1) and bracket (2) .

Remove spiral ring (3) .
Remove collar (4) .

Remove Duo-Cone Seal (5) .

Turn the carrier roller upside-down.
Remove the three bolts from cover (6) and remove the cover.
Remove the seal from the cover. Check the condition of the seal.

Remove two bolts (7), lock (8) and plate (9) .

Install tool (A) and remove shaft (10) .
Remove the seal from the shaft.

Remove the bearing cone from the shaft with tool (B) .

Remove two bearing cups (11) by using a hammer and a punch.
